The Second International Israel Data Science Initiative Conference

Join us at the DS@DS – Data Science at the Dead Sea – Conference for a Unique Deep Learning Experience at the Deepest Spot on Earth.

The Israel Data Science Initiative is holding its second international conference to mark the continued development of the Data Science Research Centers in 7 of Israel’s research universities. Through these centers, and under the coordination of the IDSI, researchers from core and satellite Data Science disciplines have begun to have an impact on research and education in Israel, on collaboration with industry, and on forging international ties. In order to further promote the interaction between Israeli and foreign Data Scientists, the conference will be held in a location that encourages both informal and formal meetings among participants.

The conference is open to presentations and posters from Israeli and international researchers and practitioners. Presentation and poster topics may include contributions from core DS fields such as AI, NLP, Statistics, ML, Deep Learning and from their applications to research in the biological, physical and social sciences as well as in the humanities. Contributed talks will be of 20 minute’s duration, including 5 minutes for questions and discussion. Instructions for abstracts submission are available at the abstracts tab.
