Cancellation policy:
1. Cancellation less than 60 days before the date of the event, excluding force majeure, will result in a charge of 10% of the room.
2. Cancellation less than 30 days before the date of the event, for any reason that is, excluding force majeure, will result in a charge for the full amount of the transaction.
